1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using BrownGirl Well, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Wellness Guidance Disclaimer
BrownGirl Well provides wellness guidance and coaching only. Coco, our AI Health Coach, is not a licensed medical professional. The information provided through the app is for educational and wellness purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
BrownGirl Well offers monthly ($8/month) and yearly ($88/year) subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your billing statement will reflect Noise Media Network. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe receipt or account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the BrownGirl Well service, including but not limited to: attempting to access unauthorized areas, interfering with other users, uploading harmful content, or using the app for any illegal purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software within BrownGirl Well are the property of Noise Media Network and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrownGirl Well and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
